Red Heart Multilple Chain Choker.

This design is uses mutliple chains, handmade, using gold plated wire and Czech glass, fire-polished beads. The focal point of this piece is the lovely, large Swarovski heart pendant.

Siân was kind enough to wear this choker when she lent her valuable support to the Red Cross flood appeal charity work during 2007.
