This one of our most stunning designs in this range. The chain is solid 9ct gold and suspended on a 9ct gold mount is a large (40mm) Shadow Gold Swarovski heart pendant, which has been hand-decorated with individual Swarovski crystals.
The hand-embellishing takes many hours to achieve and, as each heart is decorated on a commisson basis only, each heart is totally unique.
